I hope you are all enjoying the new music! I’m extremely excited to say that in the short time that Statelines – EP has been out, it has already almost received 1,000 downloads. Huge thank you to everyone of you for picking it up and spreading the word about the release!

On that note, I am pleased to announce that at the end of May, I will be heading back into the studio to finish the upcoming full-length Statelines. The record is set to release this summer with an exact date announcing soon. I literally have a book full of songs and ideas written, and its been quite the process narrowing them down to fit on the album. I can’t explain how excited I am to get back in and get the rest of these songs recorded for you to hear.

Also, I’ll be out playing festivals, colleges, and regional shows all summer long. Already announced dates are May 18th at Western Washington University, Bite of Seattle on July 20th, and next fridays An Acoustic Evening at the Q Cafe, with many more shows on the way! Be sure to check back as more dates roll in for the next few months. This is gonna be a crazy summer and I can’t to experience it all with you.

I can’t believe its already April; 2013 seems to be flying by! It’s crazy to think its been a month since I finished recording and Statelines is already about to release. These songs turned out better than I ever could’ve hoped and I really can’t wait to hear what you all have to say!

Since I’m going out on tour next month, I’ve decided to release my upcoming EP a little earlier than planned. Starting April 16th, you’ll be able to pick up your free copy at any of the shows on tour or through an online download link! Also, I’ve started writing a ton more new songs and after tour will be headed back into the studio to expand this EP into a full length album! In the mean time, I’ll have a single and more album details released shortly so stay tuned and I hope to see you on the road!

Hey everybody,

I just wanted to write a quick update and let you all know that recording is going great! I’ve been in the studio for about a week now and have almost all the songs completed. If you haven’t heard yet, Josh Withenshaw flew into town a few days ago to work on the record with me. We got to write and record together and had a crazy last few days! The song turned out great and I can’t wait to work with him again someday. This EP really fits my new direction and I can’t wait to get it to you very soon.

Along with recording, I’ve got some shows and tours to announce real soon. But until then, you have a chance to come see the guys and I TOMORROW NIGHT at El Corazon with The Hush Sound. Doors are at 6, it’s only $15, tickets are available at door and I hope to see you all there!
